Important Account Changes

~ 1 min read

We’ve recently integrated the accounts and control panels for the Offshore Privacy Combo accounts which have a 5GB or greater monthly data limit.

Previously for these accounts, the control panel for Secure Email was separate from the one for Anonymous Surfing, and the passwords could be different as well.

Now, the password for the web control panel is also used for Anonymous Surfing access, and the previous control panel for email is now the control panel for both Secure Email and Anonymous Surfing.

If you have an Offshore Privacy Combo account with a 5GB or greater monthly data transfer limit, and your web control panel password is different from your Anonymous Surfing password, you will not be able to use Anonymous Surfing with your Anonymous Surfing password, which has been retired. You should now use your web control panel password to access Anonymous Surfing.

If you have any questions, or have trouble using the Anonymous Surfing service, please feel free to contact us.
